EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Turning governance decisions into disciplined implementation.

MDF executive leadership coordinates people, programmes, finance, partnerships, field delivery and reporting through defined departmental authority and performance systems.

MANAGEMENT MODEL

Clear authority, delegated responsibility and measurable performance

Executive leadership is responsible for implementing Board-approved strategy and ensuring that staff and volunteers work through assigned activities, supervisors, budgets and KPIs.

Executive Director

Provides overall executive leadership, coordinates departments, manages institutional performance and reports to the Board.

Department Directors

Lead departmental portfolios, approve programmes within mandate, supervise managers and ensure performance and compliance.

Managers & Officers

Translate approved programmes into workplans, technical activities, budgets, controls and deliverables.

Coordinators & Supervisors

Assign and monitor activities, support field execution and review staff or volunteer reporting.

Volunteers & Field Teams

Deliver assigned activities under supervision with defined evidence and reporting requirements.

Performance System

Assignments, KPIs, reports and alerts support accountability and early management action where performance falls behind.

Leadership is linked to performance and evidence.

MDF is building its digital operating system so responsibilities, approvals, reports, budgets and decisions can be traced from individual assignment to institutional result.
