Terms of Use
These terms govern access to MDF’s public website and digital services. Using the website does not by itself create membership, employment, a partnership, funding approval, investment entitlement, carbon right or verified-impact status.
Use the website lawfully
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or misuse personal, safeguarding, community or project data.
Access depends on approval and role
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and information accurate. MDF may review, restrict, suspend or close access where required for security, inactivity, breach, safeguarding, legal or governance reasons.
Check status and context
Public information is provided for general understanding. Project figures, maps, ESG mappings, Impact Units and carbon-related information must be read with their methodology, reporting period, assurance status and disclosure limitations.
Respect ownership and permissions
MDF names, materials, photographs, reports, databases and programme content may be protected by law or agreement. Downloading public material does not transfer ownership or permit misleading alteration, resale or endorsement claims.
Services can change
External sites are governed by their own terms. MDF may update, suspend or correct website functions and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Local impact grows through long-term relationships.
